Abuse desk

The abuse desk is the function that receives and acts on complaints about a network's outbound traffic: abuse@domain, FBL streams, blocklist notices. For ESPs and multi-tenant senders, a responsive abuse desk is both a listing-avoidance necessity and a term of good standing with providers and blocklist operators.
