Complaint rate

Complaint rate is the share of delivered mail that recipients mark as spam. Major providers publish hard thresholds: Gmail and Yahoo's bulk-sender rules require staying below 0.3%, with roughly 0.1% as the working target. Exceeding them produces bulk foldering or blocking regardless of authentication.
