Deliverability

Deliverability is the practice and measurement of getting sent mail into recipients' inboxes rather than spam folders or rejections. It is a function of authentication, sender reputation, list quality, content, and sending behavior. Infrastructure sets the ceiling, and sending practice determines where under that ceiling you land.
