Multi-tenancy (in sending infrastructure)

Multi-tenancy is one sending platform serving many isolated customers or brands, each with its own queues, IP pools, signing domains, rate limits, and reporting. It is the defining requirement of ESP-grade infrastructure: isolation must be strong enough that one tenant's abuse cannot damage another's deliverability.
