List hygiene

List hygiene is the ongoing removal of invalid, unengaged, and risky addresses from mailing lists: processing bounces, honoring unsubscribes instantly, pruning dormant recipients, and validating acquisition sources. Hygiene is the sending-practice half of reputation; no infrastructure compensates for a decaying list.
