DeliverabilityOps

DeliverabilityOps is the practice of running deliverability as an operational discipline: continuously monitoring reputation, placement, bounces, deferrals, and complaints, and feeding what they show back into sending behavior through suppression, traffic shaping, and warmup. It is the deliverability half of MailOps. Where MailOps runs the systems that move mail, DeliverabilityOps runs the control loop that keeps that mail landing in the inbox.
