The functionality described in this section requires version 2026.09.22-a276d4a8 of KumoMTA, or a more recent version.

Given a constraints table previously obtained from kumo.compute_egress_path_config_constraints, returns a human-readable multi-line string describing the steady-state throughput ceilings. This is the same rendering used by the ceilings: block of kcli inspect-ready-q, so output from the two surfaces is identical.
